I need to change something in my order, how do I do this?

Once you've concluded the payment process, you can unfortunately no longer make changes to your order. If you want to make a change to or ask a question about your order, please send a message to info@vilobevino.com.

Which countries does VILOBEVINO ship to?

We ship to addresses located in the EU. If you want to order a VILOBEVINO product but live outside the EU, please contact info@vilobevino.com.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All of our products are shipped from the Netherlands. The delivery time within the EU will be approximately between 5-7 business days.

Can I return my order?

Yes,  you can return your unused products within 14 days after the shipment arrival date. To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it. Please contact info@vilobevino.com to activate the return process.

How do I take care of my VILOBEVINO product?

VILOBEVINO products are made with the utmost attention to detail and the finest materials. From soft calfskin to palladium hardware. To enjoy your VILOBEVINO accessories as long as possible we advise the following: 
  • Clean regularly with a soft, dry cloth 
  • Avoid exposure to water, dirt and extreme sunlight 
  • When in contact with water, dry immediately with soft cloth
  • Clean by leather specialist only 
  • Do not overload your VILOBEVINO products
  • Reduce scratches by massaging the skin gently
